Okay a fact from the penut gallery:NEVER EVER EVER LEAVE YOUR YOUNGER SISTER IN A ROOM WHILE YOU HAVE TO PEE WITH YOUR COLORED PENCILS AND IMPORTANT DRAWING!So that's why the background sucks ass...

It was supposed to be in the circle where they show the horses before they go onto the track,like where the jockies mount up.
Oh well..

ENYWAYZ!This is my entry for =Jullelin's Devil Cup Race! [link] IN honor of The Devil Wears Prada.
yea,I know me and my Simplistic dont stand a chance against any of teh horses but hey,it was awesome to be included!

"When Simplistic stepped out of the trailer onto the pavement,he knew instantlly this race was special.He raised his proud head and pranced all the way to his temeperally stall for the day.The stallion curiouslly watched the othe racers on the track,knowing he could never beat them."Hey boy,let's go check out this track."Emily said as she put on his racing bridle for him to get used to.Emily clicked her tounge and the two walked gracefully over onto the track.Knowing the other's were practcing,she and Simplistic stayed close to teh side rails.Simplistic whinned to teh other horses and watched them with a close eye."This is such a dream boy,it'd make your daddy proud if he could be here."Emily smiled,the stallion sire was far away at a stable,but Simplistic enjoyed his sire.Simplistic enthusasticlly bobbed his head and whickered.He looked and saw a giant blue butterfly on the other side of teh fence,he nudeged it with his velvet muzzle and whinned.
It fluttered carelesslly along and Simplistic watched it go.
"Will the owners and jockies please tack up,the race is about to start."the person on the loudspeaker annouced.Emily squealed quitlly with joy as she and Simplistic trotted over to Emily's father to get set up.


After long awaiting,finally,the race was about to start.Emily jumped onto Simplistic's back and grabbed ahold of his reins."Please be carful okay?"her dad said worried.
"of course pa,"emily smiled and leaned to kiss her fathe ron the head and sat back up as the people announced the horses to the starting gate.Emily jumped a little in her seat when her groom came on his beauty of a palomino qauter horse to lead them to the gate.As teh names of teh racers where announced each horse gentlly slid into their gates.The jockies all put down their goggles and got situated.Some of teh horses fussed,not liking to be in the gates while Simplistic cleared all of the noise out of his head,all he could hear was teh silent breathing of Emily and his own.I won't let ya down paSimplistic siad in his mind,He wasnt doing this to get the money,or fame or even to meet the legend The Devil Wears Prada.He was doing it for his sire.As the bells rang and the bullet was shot teh gates flung open and Simplistic bolted out quicklly.
Now the fun began."
